1. Warranty
All new, surplus-new items sold through Evolution Controls Pty Ltd carry a full 12 month warranty. All used items sold through Evolution Controls Pty Ltd carry a 3 month warranty.
Please read this warranty carefully prior to any purchase to understand how both you, the purchaser, and ourselves Evolution Controls Pty Ltd, are covered under these terms.
Any purchase made is deemed acceptance of the following terms and its limitations.
PERIOD:
NEW ITEMS 12 months following the original date of purchase (Not installed
date)
USED ITEMS 3 months following the original date of purchase (Not installed date)
Scope:
In the event of a claim we will;
1. Immediately insure that if available from our stock, a replacement surplus item is sent to reduce any possible downtime.
2. Upon receipt of the faulty item, an investigation of the fault and test of the item in our workshop will be carried out on our equipment and we will report back as soon as possible.
3. A full refund limited to and covering only the purchase price of the item and the freight paid will be offered if an existing replacement surplus part from our stock is not currently available.
4. Any refund or compensation is limited to the purchase price paid and freight incurred via the original purchaser who holds the original warranty.
This warrant does not cover and is not limited to;
1. Connection of incorrect voltage to the item.
2. Damage, injury or deterioration;
a. Caused by incorrect installation and/or removal of the unit/item
b. Caused from accidental, misuse, neglect or unauthorized modification including any unauthorized repairs.
3. Batteries are not covered on new or used items.
All items purchased from Evolution Controls Pty Ltd, if not new, are from surplus stock and therefore may not come with relevant documentation. We can assist with documentation if requested and may charge a small service fee.
By purchasing an item from Evolution Controls Pty Ltd you accept;
1. Responsibility for the correct knowledge of use and safety procedures required prior to installation or use of any item purchased from Evolution Controls Pty Ltd.
2. Are licensed to carry out any installation or removal of items.
3. Have appropriate knowledge of and have carried out any State and/or Federal safety requirements prior to installation or use.
Our customer’s safety, satisfaction and repeat business are our concern. If you are in doubt about any of the conditions stated above please feel free to have any concerns clarified prior to any purchase via email at sales @evolutioncontrols.com.au, we will reply to your inquiry as soon as possible.
2. Our delivery policy
We will ship all items from our warehouse within 1 business day from the date we receive payment. Please note that some payments require further confirmation which introduces a 24-48 hour delay (i.e. direct deposit)
How we deliver
We deliver using TNT Couriers, Fastway Couriers & DHL Australia. These services deliver anywhere in Australia & NZ while allowing you to track your deliveries.
Please let us know if any order is required urgently or needed to meet a deadline, we will expedite delivery. We can make arrangements to accommodate most needs you may have,

Delivery Charges
Delivery and the charge for that delivery is inclusive of the overall price of the item within the Sydney metropolitan area. Only the actual delivery cost will be charged for other areas in Australia.
We will inform you of any additional delivery charges if required.
Charges will apply for international orders.
Delivery charges apply for after hours 24hour service.
If you are within 100km of the Blacktown office or can arrange to meet at 100km (approx) from the Blacktown office we will deliver after hours. Pricing and conditions apply.
Australia & New Zealand wide (NO deliveries to PO BOXES)
International deliveries are also available.
Delivery is normally straight to your place of business or your door. If there is no one at the delivery address a delivery note will normally be left and suitable arrangement can be made to obtain your purchase.

If the even that an incorrect item is sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery & we will act immediately to correct any mistake. We will
immediately expedite any new delivery, at our cost when the item you received is returned.
If you find you are not satisfied with your surplus-new or used item purchased you may return the item to us within seven (7) days of on voice date. We will check the item, re-list and restock the item. We will then refund the balance to you as quickly as possible.
